Sound coming from charger

The sound is coming when the phone battery reaches above 90% or the charger is plugged in but the usb is unconnected. I have another charger of sony that came with Xperia c3 and doesn't sound like this.
I am waiting for the reasons(scientific will be enjoyable)

Clearing data, software repair... Nothing helped for this and it doesn't matter what resolution it is selected.

I've one more to say
It seems actually the problem is- not focussing when using camera shutter button. When touching on the screen it does focus properly but we can't use touch focus in SCN mode and that's the problem it doesn't focus correctly in SCN.

When flash comes, it does focus properly with camera shutter button, but doesn't focus properly when flash doesn't come and it focuses correctly after a photo is captured(as in the video uploaded)

So I think the actual problem is focussing with camera shutter button

And ofcourse, while recording video it doesn't focus at all except when face is recognised.

In your case since you have already performed a software repari, I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and they will assist you with having the phone sent in to an authorized service center.

I switched off my device, pressed power and volume up button till it vibrated 3 times and switched on the device. The camera shutter focus problem is solved.

But the problem with focussing while recording video isn't solved. I'm on full hd 30fps, image stabilisation on. It stucks at focussing at a distance of 10cm that's it.

I can't go to service center now, sorry.

Android 6 is very buggy, Picture quality is very poor from rear camera, I will suggest you to downgrade to earlier version android lollipop.

Camera was very good in lollipop and its awful in marshmellow.
