In your case since you have already performed a software repari, I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and they will assist you with having the phone sent in to an authorized service center.

Android 6 is very buggy, Picture quality is very poor from rear camera, I will suggest you to downgrade to earlier version android lollipop.
Camera was very good in lollipop and its awful in marshmellow.
