HI, my new phone doesn't recognice the domestic wifi. It says there is an authentication problem. It does like this while other divices go just fine. I even tried to cancel the password on the wifi but still doesn't work.

Please help. Thanks

Already checked. The problem is the phone not the router....my cmputer and my husband mobile go just fine. It's strange that even with an open wifi still doesn't work.m..

Could you test the phone in safe mode

I don't know how to switch on safe mode. First example is not for my phone, second just restart, third I don't understand.
Do you know how to boot in safe mode for the m4 aqua??

I made it but the WiFi still doesn't work. I understand that because this phone is new, bought yesterday.
Anyway now I see that the phone is asking for update android system but it doesn't work without wifi. Should I try with pc companion?
Hope the phone is not broken....
