USB connection problem in M2 Dual

I don't know what's the reason of this but suddenly my phone is not connecting with my PC. When I plug my phone with PC, nothing is showing. I checked and double checked USB port, data cable, my PC and everything is Ok.! I also re-installed Sony Comapanion software in PC but nothing changed.
I'm in a big trouble. Please help! What can I do now?

I see.

This seem a little complicated but i will try my best to help you out.
-Steps Shown are for Windows 7™ PC

Open your PC > Go to Control Panel > Devices And Printers > Press on you device Xperia M2(or the name of your phone) > Right click and press "Remove Device"

Restart your PC and then reconnect your phone.

See if that solves it

Try this

1)
Go to Settings > Scroll down and tap on Developer Options(If you dont see it,then discontinue and proceed steps to safe mode) > Disable Developer Mode(Put it to OFF)

If you dont see the Developer Options, reboot to Safe Mode

2)
Press and hold Power Button > Tap and hold POWER OFF > Tap on OK to reboot to Safe Mode

See if theres any difference after doing both ways

I just did it but nothing shows..
Though my 'Developer option' shows normally in my phone as you suggested, I also turned it of by safe mode..
But nothing changes..
Only a pop up shows on my right bottom corner of my pc monitor showing "My (Null) is connected.. Sony PC companion.. That's it.. No removable device shows on Storage option

Oh you mean when you open (assume you are Windows User) Computer section of Library, theres no "Removable Storage device" connected?

Try this

Settings > Xperia Connectivity > USB Connectivity > USB Connection Mode being change into Media Transfer Protocol(MTP) and NOT Mass Storage Mode(MSC)

Hope that helps

Hang on we still have a few ways left.

Next try switching to safe mode and then discard your SD card and then connect your phone to your PC.

And if you have any bluetooth pairing with pc,remove the pairing.

See if at least the PC could detect it.
