Voice commands for every button I press

Hi. I cannot enter my pin number to access the phone. There is a "yellow box" around the information on the screen with voice commands for every button i push. i tried restarting,also tried putting in sim and puk numbers........ Can someone help please....

1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Hi @Warren1,

It sounds like you may have enabled TalkBack on your phone.
You should be able to disable it if you follow the instructions found here (follow the ones for Android 5.0 or 5.1):
