Hello everyone,
I am new to the "Sony" Xperia range but been a long time user to the "Sony Ericsson" range.
I bought my Xperia M from the official Sony Store from Malaysia but however I have a problem.
The phone came with WhatsApp but it says the date and time is incorrect!
And yes I did all the maintenance stuff. I updated my phone to Android 4.1.2 Build version 15.1.C.1.17 and I updated the app (It updated the moment I connected it to WiFi).
I currently haven't got a SIM into this thing so do I need to put in the SIM card first before it will work or is there another problem?
Please help.
Thanks!

hi guys
here is the solution for the problem of watsup app on u r xperia m
1 . u just have to uninstall the pre - installed app by going to settings
2. connect to any wifi or through u r mobile data again download the app from google play.
3. thats it the problem is solved
This has not worked for me. I have a sony M5 (E5603) which is about 1 month old and have the following problem which has just started.
1. Randomly the phone switches off.
2. This is independent of reported charge. can even happen when the fuel guage reports 100%
3. It won't reboot until connected to charging
4. Phone works ok when connected to charging but switches off soon after disconnecting.
5. Upon restart (when charging) I get the WhatsApp error "your phone date is inacurate".
6. I reinstalled WhatsApp but still get this error.
Seems to me the battery is about to die. Phone also gets hot when plugged in and charging.
Dissapointing.
