Why can't i connect to my mobile data ? T.T

I always activate it but i can't use social applications 😕 i checked my phone credit , i still have money .. But i can't understand why my mobile data wouldn't function ://

You have to double check with your carrier network, in some countries/carriers, prepaid plans will have certain amount of data for certain social apps and some data for other apps, perhaps that's the issue.

Did you tried editing APN setting?
