'Xperia Companion' Xperia M4 Aqua Update Problem

Hi all.  I have a small problem and a challenge.  Sony Xperia Aqua M4 & Renault R-Link. My phone pairs with R-Link, and shows phone on R-Link screen, it connects to the media side of the phone, but will not connect to the phone, no matter what I do. I have tried forgetting devices on both bits of kit, still no joy. ANY IDEAS, PLEASE. Thank you.

Hi. Yes, have checked and it is compatible with software 5 & 6.

you might want to contact them, did you checked the list of supported devices?

Phone still pairs, with R-Link and connects with media only, phone will not connects.  My wife's phone, an IPhone 5 pairs and connects OK.  Regards Mark.
