Xperia M4 aqua Error connect to pc

My xperia M4 aqua is error when connect to pc. It tapping by it self my software is up to date because my phone said have to update.

How to fix it?
Please help

what kind of error does it say? try to reinstall your PC companion http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
