Cant access google apps via mobile network..!!

well i dont know whats happening to my phone :smileysad::smileyangry:

i cant access the google apps or any app ( facebook ) from the mobile network ( 3g ) but can surf the internet on the browser..

when i turn on the wifi , browser doesnt loads anything but i can access the apps:smileyconfused::smileycry:

i just did a factory data ( 5-6 days earlier ) reset and now i have to update

Who is your service provider? What is the APN in your phone?

For example, my operator has two APN: wap.XXX.com and internet.XXX.com.

wap.XXX.com doesn't allow ANY apps to work, its basically just the browser. I have to use the other one to get anything done.

By default the SIM installs the wap one, and I have to manually change it everytime I switch phones.

problems solved...

indeed it was the apn..

yes

by default the apn was vodafone connect..

i downloaded the settings again and the apn it was using was vodafone live..

so now i changed it back to vodafone connect and its working

Great! I don't have to crack my head to think of a solution.

Lesson learnt .... I guess it is always good to fall back on the basic! We tend to be very 'complicated'.

You are absolutely right... And I shoukd have lookes at the apn, I changed the network mode but dint check the apn..

But I dont know why it changed itself :D. I mean the apn got changed while using the network..well i'm happy now 😛
