Problems updating

Over the last few days I have been trying to update my X10. It connects to my pc fine, then when it is nearly at the end of stage 2 or the prepare stage, it says "The Sony Ericsson server is currently overloaded. Please try again after a while." It does that every time I try and update it, I try throughout the day every couple of hours....can anyone help?
