hi,

i bought the phone a month back and since 10 days ive been facing the random restarting problem.

i tried to factory reset the phone, worked well for 2 days then its back the same way.

what should i do.??

plz help!!

Hi, it seems like software related problem (worked fine for 2 days after factory reset), suggest Software Repair phone with PC Companion or SE Update Service. I believe you should have PC Companion, here's the link to SE Update Service, http://dl-www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/110/61/1317636927/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe.

This process will erase phone data completely, SD Card not affected.

One other thing to check prior to Software Repair, could be apps downloaded recently causing the random restart (just a thought).
