Xperia arc sound effects gone?

Hello,

recently (today) my xperia showed, that I have a software update. After the update all the beautiful original ringtones and sound effects, that were in the phone before (they were there when the phone was bought) were gone and the phone was left only with "clicks&crackles".Is there a way i can get the old sounds and ringtones back?

and download the ringtones and alarms and transfer them to your SD card
