Hi,
I have a problem with my TV, I can't disable a banner, which I think is called e-POP, it diplays at the top and bottom of my screen at regular intervals. I try to disable it using the options menu when it is displaying, but this doesn't work. I would be grateful for any feedback.

Hi ydnadFOL,
welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:
Sounds like your bravia may be in Shop mode..
Try resetting back to factory settings, you don't say which model you have but hopfully the follwing guide should be close..
Press the HOME button the scroll left or right to select Settings..
Select System Settings then press the button..
Select General Set-up then press the button..
Select Factory Settings then press the button..
Select Yes then select Yes again..
After completing the above hopfully the initial set-up screen should be displayed..
Make sure you select Home mode during the set-up procedure..:smileywink:

HI @vishal7758
Did you take the advice from above and Factory Reset the TV? If you do, ensure that you choose HOME mode and not SHOP mode or something like that.
Cheers
