Just seen your post. There are several complaints about this problem but yours seems to have come up on a different page. Suggest you search for ITV hub in search bar and hopefully you will find the rest of us. If that fails, search for comason94 who was the first to notice the problem. His posts might not come up on the first search as you then have to select 'Users' as you are searching for a user.
For info he has posted that ITV are across the problem.
