KDL-42W805B : issue connecting pc to tv , via miracast
Hello,
I have a Sony TV KDL-42W805B.
- this is connected to my wifi router via wifi.
I also have a pc , windows 10, latest video drivers, connected to same router via cable.
So both are in the same network.
In windows 10 under windows devices - connected devices - Play : I see my TV
But when i go to connect, it sais no connected devices.
I want to be able to stream/share my screen to tv , without using HDMI cable.

Hi there
Firstly goto http://www.wi-fi.org/discover-wi-fi/wi-fi-certified-miracast to see if your network card or PC is compatible with Miracast.
Before you mirror the screen, have you set the tv to 'mirroring mode'?
Have a read :

Cheers
Looking at setting up Miracast Wireless Display in Windows 10. Setting this up is quite similar to in Windows 8.1, but is accessed through the new Action Centre as opposed to the defunct Charm Bar.
