Hi there

Try pressing the [Options] button on the remote control and select "SCART REC OFF"

Basically the reverse on what it says here:

Hi, ok know what the problem is.
the options only work when i am in freeview not when i am in AV1.

the problem is living in France I get freeview as main tv so i have connected a skybox through the AV1 socket to get english tv. but i would like to know can i still use the usb on the tv to record in AV1 for english tv?.
