Image 1: When I open menu I see vertical lines: black and green.

Image 2: In another menu (submenu) I see red lines (I don't remember original colors in menu, maybe color scheme are different for menu and submenus).

Image 3: I can start video from TV or HDMI inputs but it has very bad quality. I would say it has vertical lines with ripples.

Any ideas? I think it can be T-CON board.

No one touched it, no water. And I didn't take the TV apart yet.

Symptoms could be related to the TCON, but unless you are familiar with DIY or have a friend who can help you on this, I wouldn't invest time and money on a nearly 20 years old tv the was not top of the line even when new
