my KDL-37V5810 Will retune ok but if I swicth it off all is lost,and I have to retune everytime I switch on.

it says programs not stored. and there is no tv guide when it is on ,unless I save to favorites, then it too disappears when the tv has been off. help

Have you tried updating the firmware - http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/KDL-37V5810/downloads/FW_Bravia1740SA as this may resolve it?

hi thanks for link .when I download the file on to usb and put in tv. its says no update found .yet it says its on usb, am I doing something wrong,

Hi there i don't have an answer but i have the same problem with the digital tuner on my KDL-40W5810, the analog one it's store everything but the digital it work fine but when i turn off everything is lost. I made the update of the firmware but nothing change. Hope someone will give a good answer.

Make sure you don't extract the file from the zip when its on the USB stick. TV is looking for the zip file.
