vpcs13v9e webcam not found ?

Hello .

Like one month ago i bought a sony vaio pgc-51113m from ebay.

At first sight it was looking alright , but after like on hour i found 2 slight problems. 

One is that the webcam is not working . Its not being found at all . And i found a 'unknown device' in device manager under USB  controllers . 

Where can i find drivers for webcam ? i did installed ArcSoft Companion 4 with no luck .

Also , the speakers are very low , and i did tooked it to a phone and electronics repair center and they just looked a lil' bit at it and told me that the speakers are done and needs replacing . Might be something else ? how should i test ?

it looks like the laptop had some hardware issues , and the guy from where i had it  , fixed them 2 days ago .

so, for whoever is still not bored of me (lol) , i got one more questions

i would like to open it up to change the speakers . is there any guide somewhere on how to do it ? 

i did tryed but its kinda dangerous without any guide or info .
