car radio/cd cdx s2000 cd problem

After car battery disconnected for 3 months and then reconnected unit will not load cd. When cd sellected via source button display reads cd reset, after reset via resessed button behind head unit, no change.

If cd manuallt inserted nothing though cd will eject as normal

Radio functions as normal

I have a similar problem, CD will not load and error message  "reset", done that but still not working. Asked Sony for help but I am stll waiting.
