Hello,
I have a CFD-E90L CD Radio Cassette-Corder, which still operates perfectly, once I am able to switch it on.
It has new batteries (3 x AA) for the memory/display etc, and is operated always from the mains.
The problem is, when it is switched off with the power button, overnight (Still with the mains switch on)
it takes about 1/2 Hour before the power button will cause the red light to come on, and the radio will start
to play. Then it will play all day long if required.
Can anyone from Sony, or anyone else suggest why this should be?
I know it is 2004 vintage, but I still like the tone and music it provides.
