Hi - my mother has loaded all her music files to her walkman using Media Go. She now wants to create some playlists.
As far as I can work out playlists can not be created on the player they have to be created in Media Go and then uploaded
We have managed to create a playlist in the library section of Media Go but when we try to load the playlist to the walkman the software says the files already exist (we know they do but we now want them to be part of a playlist as well as part of a particular album).
If we look at the contents of the walkman using Media Go it now shows that the playlist exists on the walkman as well as in the library but when we unplug the walkman and open that up it says no playlists are present.
I do find Media Go rather frustrating at the best of times - can someone tell me where we are going wrong please.
