Register product

Trying to register my Sony WF-C500 wireless earbuds and the bottom section of the page simply doesn’t respond to touches on the screen. I tried it on PC too and it still doesn’t work. It lets me put the product code in but that’s it not any of the other info like the date brought and from what retailer etc

I had trouble registering headphones using the register new products page. Tried using Safari, Chrome and incognito mode but none worked. When I searched "sony register your [product name]" e.g. WH-1000XM5, it came up with a direct link to register that specific product on the Sony website. Was able to fill in all the details then. 

Hope this helps anyone who's gone in circles trying to register a product!
