SONY HEADPHONES MDR-RF810RK

Hi i bough SONY MDR-RF810RK headphones as a christmas gift for my dad but it doesnt work on my LG TV dont know where is problem. I plugged the transmitter to TV but doesnt work. I try use headphones with other tv and smartphone and it works fine.Please help. I add a photo of back TV.

Have you tried connecting standard headphones direct in the LG TV to checkif you can hear anything.?

Do any of the following troubleshooting options help.?

Troubleshooting
No sound/Muffled sound
Check the connection of the audio/video equipment or the AC power adaptor.
Check that the audio/video equipment is turned on.
Turn up the volume on the connected audio/video equipment, if the transmitter is connected to the headphones jack.
Change the radio frequency with the CHANNEL selector on the transmitter, then select the same radio frequency with the switch on the right housing of the headphones.
The mute function is activated.
Use the headphones near the transmitter.
