usb not supported problem

Hi my DAB700U is saying my ipod shuffle 1st gen is not supported in usb anyway of fixing this

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Looking at the compatibility for iPod products, quite a few are supported by sorry to say the shuffle are not listed.

Rather that buying a whole new iPod, you could just use a USB flash drive and load your songs on to that instead as this product does support m4a files which is what iTunes usually uses.
