Hello,
I recently bought MDR-EX650 headphones and after a month of use the brass casing started looking like its corroding. I tried contacting the support and they didnt know what to do with them. They've always been kept in their original pouch that came with the headphones when not in use and generally been kept safe from harm.
Is it a normal occurance that's regurally happening to other users?
Also do they go under warranty or is there any way I can clean them? Right now there are green line running over the casing and half the casings are dark. This can't be due to wear since I've only used them for a month and I don't find it normal to look like this after such a short while.
