SONY NWZ B152F NOT WORKING

MY   SONY NWZ B152F   is not working properly. It has a problem with hold button. It always shows me that the device is in hole alwaya the switch is in either hold or not hold...i cant use it ,,whai do i do??

I don't have a specific answer for you, but did you try resetting the walkman?

(Although this will delete your music etc. on there)
