From what I gather, you are trying to connect the GTK-X1BT to the TV (XD8599). If this is the case, then the GTK-X1BT is not designed to connect to the TV.
However, you could connect the GTK-X1BT to the TVs Headphone/Audio out socket via a 3.5mm to RCA cable, such as this one:
