how do I manage bookmarks I have added?

how do i  move or delete bookmarks ? if I touch them anywhere ,even lightly ,ithe website opens . i can't see anywhere to edi t bookmarks already added .thanks

Touch and hold. You then get a popup menu which includes delete.
