This feature is not available in the Xperia XA2-series, however applications that can store offline/downloaded data on the SD card can still do this, such as music, podcast, movies and TV show applications.
If you are using any such applications, have a look in the settings for the application and see if there a setting for where the offline/downloaded data will be stored.
