Try this:

Clear the camera app settings > boot in safe mode 

Settings > apps > all apps > camera > storage > clear data > restart the phone 

then 

Boot in >>> safe mode

Hi @Kholobnatalya, sorry to hear about this.

As @uliwooly mentioned, try clearing the data for the camera and rebooting your phone in safe mode. If that do not manage to improve the functionality of the camera, I would suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Please note though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first.
