Earphone is not working

I am using xperia xa1 ultra for 3 months.. But now i am having a issue that my earphones are not working.. Video runs on load speakers not on handsfree i tried soo many earphones but it doent work..  Then i reset the mobile but i am having the same problem

I have the settings of the headphones in General. But they don"t work... Can anyone help me,please? Thanks
