What kind of passwords are you trying to recover? All the passwords, such as the screen lock, for your accounts in certain applications are personal accounts and we have no way of recovering them.
Google has a feature that allows you to save your password to your Google account.
If you have forgot the screen lock of your device, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage and reinstall the latest available software. In the same process, the screen lock will be removed.
