In coming calls

In coming calls don't get through. They get a voice mail.

Could you test the phoen with a different SIM card and also, test the SIM card with another phone?

Hi @Bendada,

In addition to what @uliwooly mentioned, it may be a good idea to check if the right network is selected and which types of network the phone is set to. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network > Advanced > Network/Preferred network type.
