Телефон работает исправно, кроме звука. Он исчез внезапно, звук есть только если приложить к уху, то есть когда срабатывает сенсер и затемнение экрана, а сам звук не работает. Предложите что сделать в ремонт сдавать времени нет т. К телефон нужен каждый день обязательно,и скорее всего нужно скачать приложение саунд эбаут но оно после обновления перестало работать

Have you been able to carry out a quick test of the loudspeaker to see if the hardware works as intended? In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Support > Speakers and microphone.

Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if the loudspeaker works better there.
