Wont go pass the Xperia logo

The phone is almost a year old. It was working fine and all of a sudden, zit just restarted then will be at the home screen and after 10 seconds it will restart again. It happened for a few days then new problem occurred. It will be only @ the xperia logo. Then will restart. I yave tried the xperia companion many times already also follow some advices from the previous post here. Is there anyway to fix it? By the way, mine is Xperia XA 1 ultra.

Hi again @JayPeeMilitar and thank you for the quick reply!

That sounds a bit strange. I am afraid that I cannot provide support on market specific questions such as service routines. Just to be clear, have you been in contact with the local support team? simply click on the link below and choose your market in the dropdown list of countries and regions.

Hi @JayPeeMilitar, let me see if I can help out here.

From your description of the matter at hand it seems that you phone is stuck in a so called bootloop. The first thing i would suggest is that you remove the SIM card in order to see if the bootloop persists without a SIM card mounted. If you have a SD card, try taking that out as well. If the phone starts up as usual without SIM and SD card, the cards may be damaged and needs to be replaced.

If the boot loop persists without SIM and SD cards mounted I would suggest that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Since you cannot access the phone, you will need to start the repair in Xperia Companion with the phone detached from the computer and tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox. before proceeding with the repair. Also, do note that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone.

If none of these measures manages to get you past the boot screen i recommend that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your Local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

Try these measures and and let me know how it goes!

I have tried the step thru companion. Also tried thru our local service center but to no avail. I was advise to bring it to our national level service center however the problem now is there's no technician who could handle it at the moment. Basically, dead end for the phone.
