XA DUAL USB CONNECTION PROBLEM

I have a problem with my sony xperia XA dual (F3116)

It can not detect usb and connect to pc 

The opthion for usb conifigration don't show in notification it just charging

So i try to repair it with sony companion

I enter flash mode as instruction say but also it is not recognized

What might be the problem? And how to solve it?

If the device can't be detected or powered on, or if you it's a SmartWatch 3, make sure you have ticked the box in the bottom left corner "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" and then click on "Next".
