Call receiving issue. Sony Xperia M

Hello,

Last i week i bought new Sony Xperia M single sim handset from Croma (ahmedabad).

I had got update software notification on phone and updated it.

Then after i got receiving call issue.

If someone tries to call me , he/she has to wait for about 10 sec to hear the ring,

So it takes some sec to get the call on the phone after software upgradation.

So this is just really critical situation for me.

Sony has to see first for the basic functionality like this..

Please help...

I suggest that you check if you still experience this using another SIM card.

If you do, I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
