E-mail and Exchange Active Sync

My problem is that after I have sent e-mails from my phone, when I later log into hotmail on a pc it suggests that the same e-mail is being sent every few seconds (ii isn't) but have now deleted 500 pages from my sent items. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on my phone ane it now shows when I log into hotmail on a pc that it is resending everytime i refresh for new e-mails on my phone. I would rather try and fix this than use a third party app which is the best I can do at the moment. Thanks

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you sure that your account is really configured for the ActiveSync protocol? Because we've seen this occur only when using IMAP with Hotmail/Outlook.com.

I suggest that you make sure that the account is configured as POP3 or EAS. Or use their own dedicated app.
