My mother has recently upgraded to the Xperia L and rather than transferring contacts between phones she is simply adding new contacts Via the contacts menu but whenever she saves them the list still reads 'no contacts ' I have texted her and my name appears on the message as the sender but I'm not in the contacts list and despite entering numerous contacts none can be found when searching. Any ideas how to fix this? Help greatly appreciated!
