So we where testing the phone out and used my friends youtube account to test.
Now i've created my own account but i can't remove my friends account from the Youtube app.
How do i logout and switch to another youtube account?
I was sure that this was going to be an easy one to answer - usually the menu key or a long press on something brings up what you need - but this has stumped me. The only thing I can suggest is to delete the app and reinstall it. That might work...
Wow.... surely there is a better way to do so.... Anyway, why would you need 2 accounts in YouTube?
the youtube app that came with the phone can't be deleted in a regular maner.
maybe it can be hacked out somehow but i'm not interessted in doing that.
i simply want the company to add a logout wich is the correct solve.
yeah why would anyone need more than one account... go figure 🙂
seriously.... why?
I'm not much of a social-networker. I tend to get boredwhen talking to a bunch of I-don't-know-whos.
Unfortunately, as I have suspected, Youtube is a bloatware..... from Google themselves.
seriously i don't have two youtubes accounts.... we tried the phone out with my friends account and now
i want to use my own account. it's as simple as that.
Well, there are two possible solutions to the problem: 1) A hard reset which will get rid of all user settings including your friend's Youtube login account.2) Ask your friend to go to Youtube.com on a PC and temporarily cancel or change his login details, so that your phone will be forced to ask for new login details and then enter yours.
Look, I was just asking. Anyway, you should try clearing your youtube app cache and see if you can regain access.
