How To Install Soft or Data to External SD card?

Is here any way to install software to exterbal SD card?

For example:
- Music from Play.Music
- Movies from Play.Films
- Huge games such as GAMELOFT's Minion Rush from Google.Play
- Maps for GPS navy such as Yandex Maps
- Etc

PLEASE help me, phone memory isn't enough for all wanted software!

If you go to settings-apps-installed and tap on a particular app,don't you get several options from which you can move to sd card?

Yeah, there is several options available: stop the app, clear cache, uninstall and clear saved data. Nothing about transfering to SD.

One of my friends has an android tab, there is he has that option in application options..

Yes,that option is for the devices with internal sd card,not external.I do not know then,I do not own Z1,so I cannot figure it out right now.Maybe someone else knows,wait for other answers.

Ok, thanks a lot for your help anyway!

For now it is possible to transfer only music (that copied from PC) and photoes/video captured by phone to SD card. But all soft include GPS Navigation couldn't. That's very strange..

I understand,maybe some just cannot be moved from phone memory.

Well, for example yandex maps (russian GPS navy, as google maps) has an option of where to download map. After click on it opens an input line with '/mnt/sdcard' parameter. Cannot change it to any other path, it always says "wrong path"

Any idea what to type there?

Maybe your phone needs rooting in order to change those parameters.

If i not mistake...the apps can transfer to SD card option was removed after Jelly Bean version(Ice Cream Sandwich still available for that options)so for Jelly Bean version you can only move Media file like Video,Picture etc. to sd card only for apps is not available to move to sd card anymore....for 4.4 Kit Kat version not sure they will add in this option back or not still can't confirm unless developer to add in.As for Root maybe possible.

Yes,it could be how you say.Maybe it moves a lot faster with the apps in phone memory.
