PC Companion synchronisation problem

Hi,

I´m appealing for your help, because the synchonisation between PCC and my xeria V isn´t working at all.

It seems that the program isn´t able to recognize my phone and I´m asking myself why.

I´ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but the problem remains the same even my Computer isn´t recognizing my phone I don´t know what to do

the only thing what appears is that PCC can´t find any connected Phones/Tablets.

Please help

Enable usb debugging mode in developer options,reinstall pcc and try to connect.See if SUS or myphone explorer can find your phone.
