I wants to buy a 64gb memory card, but somebody tell me that 64gb sd card may slow down your mobile. help plz

I have a Sandisk Ultra 64 GB microSDXC UHS-1 compatible and my phone has never been laggy since the start that I have no memory card inserted.

But with Android 4.3, TRIM support is now enabled, meaning all the files coming from the eMMC (internal memory) and the SD card will now be faster to be indexed than before. (Search TRIM support for more details).

The 64 GB memory card could slow down if it is low quality and low speed,but it is up to you what card do you have.
