No signal

Happy New Year

I bought z1 few weeks ago .  connected with Bell Canada .

was working OK till this morning  .  it says - no signal  . no drops no water. no updates. So i came to Bell . They tried to reset , changed sim card ... nothing .when u take out sim card and insert again it says card inserted .

Repair shop guy guesed that  something wrong with sim slot , contacts

so what ur guess  , what else to try

Your phone is under warranty,  take it to an authorized Sony's repair center to a thorough examination.

i have a z ultra just did the same thing i was watching TV and it rebooted itself and now i wont connect to my att network. Tried factory reset new sim updated software just bought it 2 months ago....

Try to remove and reinstert SIM,is it trimmed corectly?Did you trim it or you had it trimmed at an authorised place?
