Phantom Touch Problem ! Is there a Solution ?

Has anybody got a solution to the Phantom Touch problem Yet ? I am running Androis 4.2.2 build number 10.31.A.2.67

I have a problem that can be defined in this way. Sometimes apps and the soft keys are activated spontaneously with approaching finger, without real physical contact.

Which means that we get double effect instead of one. The first when our finger almost touched the screen and the second when it really touches(two touches instead of one).

For example, in that case it´s possible that instead of returning to the previous menu with back button, actually totally exit the app.

This is my experience with that issue and I believe that TomSo has the same problem like me. If I'm wrong, he could explain the details further.

Factory reset, SUS and PCC not helpful, also my touch screen passed "service tests(touch screen/keyboard& switch)" as well as Xperia™ Diagnostics.

This issue usually happens after prolonged use apps and surfing the internet, when the screen is heated, but this is not major bug, because it happens occasionally.
