Xperia Z1 software needs improvements .. Share your thoughts ??

Hello to all Sony Xperia Z1 software developers. Please try to give these features in Xperia Z1.

1)      White balance adjustment in display setting, it is appear in Xperia Z but not in Xperia z1

2)      Please please please give Xperia z1 camcorder a video pause and resume button on touch screen, so while recording videos from camera we can pause and resume them as per our requirements.  I am asking this feature from you when I purchase Xperia Arc two years ago then I purchase Xperia z and I requested again to all of you, and now I purchase Xperia z1 so I am requesting again please give us a video pause and resume button option in Stock camcorder so while recording videos from camera we can pause and resume them as per our requirements. Samsung galaxy s4 have this feature

3)        Pictures taken from camera have two much noise in it, please fix this issue

4)      Try to improve battery life by tweaks in software and kernel adjustments, so we should have good battery life while playing games and watching videos

5) i notice that xperia z1 camera did not focus at first time 

 i mean when we press half way down camera shuter it start focus on things but it did not focus first time i press the button 8 to 9 times then it focus 100 % corectly please fix this issue

6) I found a little bug in walkman app. when we open it we have a screen where we have album, sence me, playlist, friends music tabs. By long press on it and then we can arrange them. But after exit walkman and open it again our settings were reset to defult please fix it

Yes I want a pause button as well.....

I had the pause in my old samsung S2.....  has to be standard for sony kudos......Sony what are you doing to us!

Using flash usualy causes over exposed imagens.
