Phone not repaired even after a month

Issue with phone:

• Unable to hear clearly (very low audible) on the ear speaker while on the call on noisy environment when the volume is high.
• Both the speakers are not loud enough when in loud-speaker even when the volume is high.

Note: I have neither dropped the phone nor did i immerse in water or subjected to humidity.

I have given my Xperia Z3 (D6653) for repairs on 19th May 2016 to Vigneshwar Services (Bangalore,India). The estimation was approved on 25th May 2016.

Could you please tell me what is the status as I have not received yet. All i hear for a month that "part is not available". The Work Order is W116051900119. It’s been almost a month..!!

If you cant resolve the issue or the part is not available, please make arrangements to return my phone in same condition.

I have not got any valid response. The service guys just turn deaf ears. So, i do not know where to go and how to get his sorted.
