Sign In Problem In Xperia Sola

I can not sign in to google account in my phone even not by new and not by my existing account..

Could you elaborate? do you get an error? how slow is your connection?

Yes, actually I have restore my phone to factory reset , so problem is that when I am using google play store so now the phone is new update when its asking for add a google account existing or new when I am making new or trying with existing account its not getting add my google account so without adding google account account I can install any application from google play store and the strange thing is that when I am browsing I can access internet on my phone fron google chrome but I can not add my gmail account why this happening ?? when I am trying to add google account this option is coming...

This could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues , call customer care.

I am not as my internet is good I am using my laptop , pc even can browse on phone but only I am not able to add a gmail account please help ..

Here is explanation 

I restored factory settings for some reason.

Now when I tried to set up google account once again with my Gmail account (Hope both are same) it gives me following error it says while connecting that...

"Your phone needs to communicate with google servers to set up your account. This may take up to five minutes."

After few minutes it says...

" Can't establish a reliable data connection to server.

This could a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call customer care."

My browser is working fine but when i try to set up the google account it eats up the signal and give above mentioned error.

I have tried following things...

1. I restored factory settings few times.

2. I am manually doing GPRS & APN settings as my operator does not support this phone.

3. I formatted my external memory card.

4. I have created new gmail account on my PC still not working.

also I have reinstalled the software..

How slow is your connection? this might be a Google's servers issue

It could be a google server issue then
