Sound problem

Hi, I am using xperia L (4.2.2) since last week and from day 2 I am experiencing a sound issue. All the sounds go down to unhearable level, the volume bars are all to maximum but u can hardly hear the sound of notifications, music, youtube. Its very frustrating I keep missing my alarm in the morning. This problem solves on its own when I receive a call but its only temporary... After a while the phone becomes mute again. And dont tell me to restart my phone cuz im tired of reordering app shortcuts on screen from apps in internal memory.... Please some1 help fix this issue cuz i dont wanna take it to my operator because they will only do factory reset and i will have to wait 15 days for it...

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I made reset to factory setting and re-installed the update, no change in the sound problem, when I sent to service center they all what they suggest is to re-install again., this is a bug in the software needs to be fixed by Sony
